Information Hanapify Collects

Hanapify may collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, organization name, account details, authentication-related details, billing contact information, subscription status, and any support or contact messages you send. Payment processing and billing transactions are handled by a third-party payment gateway, and Hanapify does not store full payment card details directly.

Information Generated by Use of the Service

Hanapify may automatically receive limited technical and usage information needed to operate the service, such as log data, browser type, device information, IP address, session timestamps, feature usage, diagnostic events, and security monitoring data.

How Hanapify Uses Information

After unsubscription, Hanapify will delete subscriber data within 30 days, subject to any retention required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, billing reconciliation, or legal compliance.

Children

Hanapify is not directed to children and is not intended for use by children under 13.
