Terms of Service

Last updated: March 16, 2026. These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Hanapify and any related recruitment solutions, AI solutions, automations, and hosted software services that Hanapify makes available.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Service Description

Hanapify provides SaaS products and related services, including recruitment solutions, AI solutions, and automations. Hanapify is the flagship product in the service suite. Features may change from time to time as the service is improved, maintained, or updated.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. You must notify Hanapify promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

Certain features may require a paid subscription. If you subscribe, you agree to pay applicable fees and any taxes disclosed at checkout. Unless stated otherwise in your plan terms, subscriptions continue until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the available account or billing controls, and cancellation will stop future recurring charges. Access to paid features may continue through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to violate law, infringe intellectual property rights, interfere with service security, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malicious code, scrape or reverse engineer the service except where prohibited by law, or use the service to abuse, spam, or harm others.

Customer Content

You retain ownership of content, prompts, search inputs, and other materials you submit to the service. You grant Hanapify a limited right to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights needed to submit and use your content.

Intellectual Property

Hanapify and its related software, design, branding, documentation, and service content are owned by Hanapify or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

Availability and Changes

Hanapify may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. While Hanapify aims to provide reliable access, the service is provided on an as-available and as-offered basis and may be unavailable due to maintenance, outages, third-party dependencies, or events outside Hanapify's control.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hanapify will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to the service. Hanapify's total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amounts paid by you to Hanapify for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Hanapify may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, or misuse the service. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including payment obligations accrued before termination, intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute-related terms.

Updates to These Terms

Hanapify may update these Terms from time to time. If material changes are made, Hanapify may provide notice through the service, by email, or by updating the date above. Continued use of the service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
